At this time Wayne was suffering the effects of Parkinson and Dementia and could no longer ride or drive.
I called James the other day and he said Wayne has been slowly getting worse.
He's been in a care facility a couple years.

We met the Texas bunch at red River in 2002. Wayne's on the left side of the pic. Red River was the beginning of many more gatherings with these Hooligans. So sad to hear about Wayne though.

I'm guessing the first time I met Wayne was 2004 at Inn Of The Hills THCR.
The earliest pictures I find are from 2006 Texas Pre and Arkansas.

1967 Silver Spring, Maryland. Suburb of Washington DC. Senior year of high school and my first motorcycle that I was allowed to buy. At first I was made to keep it in my bedroom until I graduated. That only lasted about a month until my Mom gave in and let me ride it.
1963 Triumph TR6 Trophy. The guy I bought it from had done a little farkling. That's me on the right with the Kool sunglasses. Pre ATGATT.
