Here we are this past school year. I picked her up from school to drive fast and take chances. She is so serious about everything that I needed to let her know it was okay to let her hair down sometimes!

A step back in time .... This is a (now very collectible) 1978 Ducati Super Darmah 900. This pic was taken around 1981 or 1982. We'd just arrived in Adelaide, South Australia, and rented this seedy place to live in. The bike was wheeled into the lounge room with us. It had the usual shonky Ducati electrics. More often than not it would konk out on the side of the road. Can't tell you the number of times it did that, and the number of times we wished for a box of matches to set the farker alight. But when it fired up, the sound of the conti's was pure music! That's me in the pic. Don't ya just love the colour co-ordination - LOL! Waz bought me those leather pants for my birthday that year. They're made to measure by Walden Miller Leather, in Adelaide. I'm STILL wearing those leather pants. In fact I wore them last Saturday! Not bad for some 37 years later although I have had an inch or two added to each side to I fit into them - LOL!

@Joe, that was all the rage back in the late 70's early 80's.
Susan, you're so sweet but unlike you and Deb, age really has not been kind to me, or should that be I've not been kind to me aging

Yes, that was my '09. Somewhere I may have a picture of Louis' and my RSs in
front of that same building a year or two before.
I had fun with that bike making the accessory shelf, bicycle rack and trailer hitch.

Hi folks, first post here after lurking a bit.

My 86 FJ1200 in South Dakota on a ride from NJ to California. Fantastic motorcycle.

My 98 ZX1100 in the Cascade mountain range with tons of snow remaining in June.

802Mike, that's true! The one and only time I went to the drag strip (Englishtown NJ) was with the FJ. Learned how to do a smokey burnout (thanks to my brother Bill!), then got to the staging section with the wet asphalt and did one mediocre burnout, then tried another but wound up wheelie-ing nearly vertical (in front of the crowd of course) and just barely recovered before riding into the racers in front of me.
Then pulled off an 11.7 second quarter mile run, which pleased me fine for a first time go Fun times.
