They seemed to be in good condition when they rolled in at our place considering the temp and humidity.
Got water and watermelon in them right away.
Didn't think to hose them down in the driveway

Susan, I don't know how "spiffy" this young couple looks, but that RED Triumph is pleasant to the eyes.

I believe I might of posted this before somewhere. One of my many encounters with the police. Ecuador. No, I was not frisked.

I would've respectfully asked to be frisked... over & over again.

Perhaps some day we will once again walk into a dealership and just HAVE to have "that" bike. I'm sure many of you know the feeling.
It almost happened yesterday in Lowes.

We have a Benelli dealer here locally. They had a little 125 that was mini bike size that took me back to my first one. If I had money to throw away I’d like to have bought it.

Bill Morgan would have said, "I know a shortcut," then ridden through the brush to a place where the banks are 5' high and the water 4' deep.

What's your point, Rob! LOL! But Bill would first walk across the creek, then ride across, then say there was a shortcut through the brush to a place where the banks are 5' high and the water 4' deep.

The point where you know you've underestimated the depth AND forgotten how loose the river rock is.....

            Water crossing are fun.

I've been known to get off the bike and walk across an unknown water cross first if it looks treacherous. An then sometimes I just get the urge to send it:

            https://youtu.be/ry4UgqLvI3g

Here's one we did when we went through Mississippi on the TAT. Let me just say that going through all that Mississippi mud after a named storm is an adventure:

            https://youtu.be/RJmBFjp1j7U

And finally, here's one in N. Georgia where you have to get in the creek and ride down it a bit to find the exit. Did this one on the GS:

Send it! I have been on that water crossing on the SM500. And I have eaten it in a water crossing like in the first video. But I have never crossed the Mississippi! That was a lot of water.

That looks like Tate City at Charlies Creek. We took a CJ7 across to US76 some years ago. Here's a pic of me crossing on an '84 KLR650.

ATGATT. Those are Ray Ban Aviators that Susan gave to me and which I still have. Should have kept the KLR too.

Water crossings would be easy for someone 7ft tall. They're not easy for me. Ironically, my nickname was The Water Boy
