We visited here and Knob Creek Saturday morning and then zigzagged back to the the motel. Only did a little over a 100 miles as it was getting hot.

With the heat and humidity I'm glad we decided to do 3 short days for our return home. 310 , 250 and 380 miles.
Low 90s today and forecast calling for upper 90s tomorrow.
Today we stopped at Lincoln's birthplace at Hodgenville Ky. and boyhome site at Knob Creek Ky.

We're waiting anxiously for what we know will be an excellent report and pix, but know that you first have to wash Debbie's bike and her laundry :-)

They rebuilt it in or around 2010. Not bad, but arid land and " I can see Mexico from my front porch"

Shortly after crossing back into Iowa we got sprayed by a crop duster.
Made a oily mess on our face shields and front of the bikes.
