4 outta 5. Not bad. Gotta do the Cabot Trail. Think the Sprinter will be better for that, so I can campout.

4 out of 5 for us as well. The Cabot Trail is further away than Colorado.

4 out of 5 for me too .
And I don't plan on going to Daytona beach anytime soon ...

What’s wrong with Daytona Beach? Are you banned because of your excellent photography skills?

    #4
Done all 5 though a few of those, though great experiences, seem randomly selected. There's a lot of great rides that got overlooked in that part of the country between the Blue Ridge and Nova Scotia.

4 out of 5 for us. We were within a few days of leaving for the Cabot Trail and Nova Scotia when Debbie had emergency surgery.
Still on our to do list.
Been to Daytona Beach, but not during bike week. Bike week is not on our to do list

All 5. July of 2005 ... not the best camera back then, sorry.

Ok we need a posse for this one. Take some time off and do it. BMJ? Joe?

There's a small group planning to leave from here this July, 9th if Covid allows, I told him to keep me in the loop.

Do it like the HD clubs and have a chase vehicle with all the luggage and gear.

            #10
Will be hard to find a person to drive a chase vehicle here.
            Excellent idea though.

Entertaining the idea is the easy part. Let’s see where it goes.

              Cabot Trail and NS:

Meat Cove - wish it would have worked out to camp there:

1855 miles from home and still headed farther away:

Peggy's Cove was one of the most quaint and charming places I've ever been on a motorcycle. It's a tiny little seaside village that became famous for a very tragic reason. It's the site from which the recovery efforts were launched for Swiss Air flight 111 that exploded after take off from NYC. Though just a few hundred people live here, they took in many family members of the passengers on the flight.

The whole NS loop was a pretty amazing ride until we got around to the French speaking side of the place - the food sucked and people were ill tempered in Cheticamp.

From the article: "I hope you’re able to enjoy at least some of these places from the back of a bike or from inside an RV."

Question, why would it have to be from the BACK of a bike?

Hmmm... well, I did ride "bitch" twice on the racetrack, both experiences pretty memorable. The first was with Reg Pridmore, perched on the back on an S1000RR, bike pulled like crazy. The second, and more memorable, was a two-up ride with Aaron Stevenson who runs the Cornerspeed/Cornerspin schools. Holy Shit Batman... he was running a GSXR-1000 which he had setup just for this purpose, and Worth EVERY cent paid, which was actually a donation to an honorable charity that he started supporting veterans anyway.
