John. I don't think there's another k13s on the market that compares to your bike. Shes beautiful and has all the great accessories and with the other items she will make someone very happy. I don't know if you've listed it on Cycletrader but I sold a couple k bikes from that site.

I've always liked the orange k13s.

    Where is the bike located?

Bump, still available, would prefer a good home, but will take her to the dealer for consignment sale if no interest here.

      Thanks for looking!

John...I’ve sold many many bike via Cycle Trader and luckily, no butt holes to deal with beyond an email or two. FWIW!

Wow, a year an a half later and still no sale, I cant believe that, your bike is beautiful! Just curious how have you been advertising it for sale? I would’ve thought that it would’ve been long gone by now!

This was the only place I ever listed it for sale. I have not tried very hard at all to sell it.
Thank you for your generous comments.

That was and still is a great deal. I have a 2009 In short hand it’s premium with the electronics. I thought it’s worth $7K. Reality says maybe $3500. I can’t sell it anyway. 😎 titles a mess. It looks good parked next to the Electra Glide. I don’t think the desire for hyper sport bikes is as strong as it once was. Times do change.

I saw a object lesson in how well a GS can handle a few years ago. We were getting ready for a ride over the dragon and another friend showed up on his GS. Nobody knew him but me and the rest of the young hotshots on sport bikes ribbed him about keeping up. With full GS hard luggage he left them all behind and was waiting at the store for all of them parked and with his gear off. They gathered around looking at the GS not believing they had all been skunked by a GS. He calmly said it is not the bike it is the rider who makes the difference. None of them knew he had been road racing for years. The GS with a good rider and street tires is a very capable ride.
