Does this section make sense or should I change it? I figured we could chat about the type of bike regardless of make. But I could just as easily break it down by manufacturer/model.

Since this ball is just started rolling, perhaps consider "style" of bike...ie, touring, sport touring, sport bike, dual sport, dirt etc. Then maybe break down by mfgr if there is enough demand/interest.

Agreed, I don't see this site being as much of a technical/how to as a place to gather and
discuss riding and rides. As it evolves then you can create sub-forums.
PS: Is there going to be a gun forum?

As you have it, Joe, is perfectly fine IMHO, and fits in well with the other sections (i.e. Rides, Rallies, etc). If you cut it down into manufacturer, then it would get messy.
