As far as off road bikes go, KTM/Husqvarna rule. Millions of aftermarket goodies and they run extremely well. I have finally broken in my seat or my ass to it and now can ride all day with out too much discomfort.
Love my Husky. And I upgraded to a 4.1 G tank from Acerbis.

Limited dealers here and I don't like the KTM dealer. Limits me to Yamaha or Kawasaki.

Mike, the KTM and Huskies share pretty much everything. And there is no real warranty on these things. They are rock solid and you can do your own service, so easy. Go take a test ride.

Here's my "inherited" dual-sport (the black one). The wife bought herself a new toy back in 2016 (the blue one) and I convinced her to bequeath me her old steed.

It may only be a 650 thumper, but damn she's fun (slow, but fun) to ride.

Only because that way you can keep up (and I can stay away from walls on hairpins).

                          BUTT ugly !!

As I rode by a guy waiting to cross the road with his young family, he gave me a
thumbs-up and put his hand over his heart. No doubt he is doing like I did, taking
a break from riding to focus on family.
