    New Front Stinko

With 10,180 miles on my front Stinko it was time for replacement.
It still had plenty of tread but it was getting noisy.

I've been pretty happy with my 705's too. My rear 705 is nearing the wear bars but the front still looks almost new. Great street tire but not so much off-road, IMO. Maybe if I quit riding the GS like I was on the K12S, the rear tire might last a little longer!

    Good tire value fo sho.

I hate when the front starts to get bad. Not usually the wear, but the ride. But then again that is what I hated about the TKC70's as well.

Bill, keep it up and I might buy a set next time..... For no other reason then to say I tried them.

If I didn't ride so many dirt roads around here, I'd probably already have a set. I need bite on the front
when on the loose gravel I encounter. The knobbies compensate for my lack of skill in that department.

Mike, why not put a stinko on the rear and a knobby on the front?

          I’ve thought about a TKC80/70 combination before.

Half as good at twice the price!! Well, not really. The Stinko is a better tire, just not twice as good.
      Working...
