    AOPA fly-in this weekend.

AOPA (Airplane Owners and Pilots Association) had its fly-in, this time in Tullahoma, TN. Just like the MOA was in Lebanon.
Being in my backyard, I chose to go. Here are a few pics, in no particular order.
The yellow airplane is the RV10 that I am building. Of course, she was my main attraction.
Got there Friday after work, had some beer and food, and a good live band. Today, more drooling and more aerobatic shows. Got back this eve and had a great time.
Met with John and Martha from King Schools, even did a curbside consult on John. Great time. In retrospect, there were some very pretty tails out there, but dang if I wasn't preoccupied with wings.

              Yes.
And there were a whole bunch of STOL tail draggers performing.

Nice V-Tail! If I knew then what I know now though........the F-33 was the balls though back in the 80’s.

Great! Always appreciate the wings but never much interest in flying.

Pretty cool Mani and it looks like a fun outing.

I like seeing all the old war birds like the Mustang. Can't imagine what it must cost to restore one to flying condition and all the maintenance required to keep it flying & in good shape.

What do you know about these two planes?
