My S bike needed fresh tires. I has a set of Bridgestone S21 on the shelf for 9 months so what the heck. Put them on this morning and went for a ride to pick up some sleeping potion for the wife that contains stuff from the 60's. The all the usual warnings cleared and I got underway. At speeds over 18 mph the traction control lamp blinked at a furious rate. Sheesh. I tried all the combinations of turning it off. No bueno. Came home put it up on the rack and checked sensor clearances and wiring. While doing this I noticed the rear tire just did not seem it's enormous self. Sidewall check confirmed this it was 180/55 not 190/55. Rats. It will sit on the shelf in case some tank like an RT needs an emergency rear tire. Got untold amount of grief from the wife so you guys don't need to be too harsh.
