Yes stunned and dismayed this is the way are they going.

Will say though they stick to the road way better then in the 70's. And I trust tires at way higher speed then I did then. But the life sucks.

Limited selection of tires in Tulsa when I needed them in September. Went back to the Michelin 5's. I like them. I think I like the Angels a bit better, but my Triumph Sprint ST is smaller than the big roadburner K's that you guys ride.

Bear in mind though, when going from one tire to another, there will always be an immediate difference because you are feeling the difference between a worn tire and a new tire. You'd feel that difference even if you replaced one with an identical new one. It;s hard to remember what a tire felt like new and 6 months earlier. At track days, you could make better comparisons if you had different sets available.

My 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R came to me from former owner with practically new Dunlop Sportmax Q3+ tires. I am very impressed with these tires. Think I will try a set on the K1300HP next change.

I have those on my Tuono and use it as a track bike. They are super grippy tires and I absolutely love them!
