Seth Lamm did a awesome job for my K1300S, I love it, will be so much more comfortable for my trip to Glacier National Park, being about a 4000 + mile round trip

I'm going to be riding in that area in September... maybe I'll pay him a visit. Would you mind telling me what the cost was? Did you provide the seat pan? Thanks!!

Seth Lamm is awesome to work with, he will listen to you what you like and don't like about your seat and make some suggestions through his experience.
yes I sent him my seat and he pretty much strips it down and uses his foam to make the new seat. Total cost was $450.00 shipped back to me. Shipping was like $50 to Illinois so that would save you if you don't need that.

That sounds very reasonable... I think I'll look him up when I'm up that way in September... thanks!!

I believe, if you make arrangements beforehand you can even do a ride in and he will do your seat as you wait that day. He does everything himself, he told me he did have help, but decided to go back the way he used to do it and do it all himself. He said then he has total control of all the quality control!! Very stand up guy!! Let me know if get one done.

Awesome seat Dan! You should be able to ride the whole 4k miles in one sitting and go dancing that same evening.

I'm glad to hear of your success. I sent the guy an email weeks ago telling him I would be riding in the area in September and was interested in a new seat... he never responded. He may be very busy, but that's no way to run a business in my opinion...
