Hydration is very important. Yes.
The way I explain to my soldiers overseas in the desert, drink until you "have" to pee every 4 hrs and its clear. Works.

And drink enough to keep the pee clear.

That's very good info! The weather channel today said, "Drink even if you are not thirsty." By itself that's a dangerous statement. Too much water can kill too.
p.s. I wish I could pee only every 4 hours.
