    Spent the day in a Chili cook off raising money for veterans in need!

    Made homestyle Chili out of our grass fed long horn beef. Used brisket,a rump roast, rib meat and burger.
    Turned iut pretty good.

            How do you hang your meat, Karl? I had some chili Biltong yesterday made out of grass fed black angus that was hung from the rump instead of the heel. It was a whole new level of flavour!
