Yep picked up a gun for five bucks a Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmoor with a Leopold 3x9x40 scope. I always wondered if those gun raffles were just a scam and one of the group doing them always “won”. I can attest that this one at least wasn’t. I bought 5 dollars worth of tickets for this mainly cause it was to benefit a local group back in August and got a call Saturday saying I had won the grand drawing, went and picked it up from the local gun shop today, Gun, scope and hard case all told 750-800 dollar score.

I’ve got a 3x9-40 Sig on a rifle and wish it was a little stronger. It’s good to about 100 yards but a little weak beyond that for precision shooting.
