    Coat Rack

I was inspired by the mailbox. I've had these parts around for a while figuring out the best way to put it together. Voila, our new garage coat rack. Click image for larger version

Nice !! Somewhere on a site long long ago, I posted a picture of one I made for Earthman out
of one off of his totaled KRS along with the roundel that was on the mudflap.

I've been making these for donations to charity auctions. A guy with a plasma table cuts out
the train, I weld the plate and spikes on and spray them. I have a milk crate full of RR spikes
    that'll last awhile.
I wouldn't get rich selling them, they usually go for $55 - $75.

I never scrapped a peg on any K1200S or K1300S we owned. Funny, but last Tuesday I scrapped both boots on the GS and had to start riding with my toes up.
Somehow that just seems wrong Fun, but wrong.

Which brings forth a question for you guys.
Riding to work when I can, I have to come up with something sturdy to huld my Badlands jacket and helmet... What do you guys use in your office.

I got an archive box under my workstation where I put it all: jacket, boots, riding pants (if the weather looks iffy otherwise I just wear jeans to work). Well, the box is well and truly overflowing when its all in there. Helmet sits on my credenza.

When I ride to work I never make it. I turn left instead of right and head for the mountains.

Have you seen where that thing has taken me? Ask Wes about GPS routing with me!! Although I usually blame those issues on Bill Morgan.

You must learn to be kind to the elderly, they have feelings too. Although they usually think it's the call of nature and off they go, tottering off to the bathroom for another break....
