No spoilers, Bears. I've only watched through stage 2. This looks fun, though!

Chrome seat stay and chain stay. Cool lugs. Vintage (modern) artsy paint scheme. Suicide stem. Upgraded shifters? But, now very rarely seen "bear trap" pedals. I LIKE it. That's a GCN Show "Thumbs Up."

Can you expand on "suicide stem"? I'm guessing it is one that opens the handlebars clamp so that the handlebars can be taken off without removal of the brake levers.

That won't help his early season form! He's been real good the past two seasons.

What if they threw a race and nobody came to watch it....Stage 4, AIUIa.

Man, Saudi Arabia has some wild scenery! That ancient deserted town seen from the Sky View in the last stage was impressive. As were the rock formations throughout.
            Pretty interesting race.

Hopefully more spectators than in stage 4.

Monday the temp got up to 70 so I got out for a short bicycle ride.
Had a few road blocks due to 3 different construction projects.

Lee, did you simply ignore the signs and go around anyway. Or are you a compulsive rule follower? (For the things you want to do.)

Ignored all three Did not get far after the big Trail Closed sign because the bridge deck over the spillway way gone. Ice too thin to walk around and water too cold to swim

Why Cyclists hate stopping for lights and signs. Stopping interrupts emotional and physiologic rhythms. They're not trying to be discourteous. They are just trying to avoid the physiological and emotional consequences.

Absolutely. Plus, SOMETIMES it IS safer to roll through them

In Oklahoma, now if you are cycled out at a stop light intersection, you can proceed at your own risk so long as you do it safely. Good rule! It applies to motorcycles, too!

N+1 applies to motorcycles, too. (but NOT for girlfriends - way too expensive!)

Italy might be 19th in bikes per capita, BUT I bet they are much higher on bikes used daily. In many towns and cities, bikes are the only way to make short to medium trips. Holland no doubt is the winner in all categories.

Note that the Dutch are among the healthiest on the planet at least due in part to bicycle related exercise.
