    Based on MA’s first shot experience, seems like some “arm” activity/exercise may help. She’s alway sore at the injection site no matter what shit she gets. After her first COVID she was fine...after golfing. She gets plenty of swings🤣

    Exactly Doug. My first shot my arm hurt until I did a workout then gone. This time I did more arm movement and the soreness went away sooner.

      Got number one pfizer. Getting number two on the 17th. Also got the shingles shot a few month back. The second one made me feel sick for a day and a half.

        Influenza infections way down this year in USA. Almost no pediatric related deaths compared to an annual average of 150.

        More vaccinations and less exposure.

              I booked my moms appointment early this week, she is scheduled for April 17th, 81 years old with heart condition and high blood pressure.

            Moderna first dose yesterday morning, worked out on elliptical the weight lifting followed by a 30 minute walk.
            Worked all day and nothing. Maybe there's something to being active?

              I know a couple of nurses that are pretty tough and they said
              they felt like they'd been hit by a tuck after the second dose.
              Both went to work and shook it off !

              Once observed an entire 6 story college dorm get "sick" due to hysteria.

            2d dose of Moderna a week ago, arm sore for 24 hours at injection site, mild headache morning after, fine by noon. Supposedly as immune as I'm going to get in a week. Aside from arranging to get the vaccine which was a pain, the injections were non-events.

            North Carolina opened up group 4 today. Big whoop, there are ZERO available appointments. Susan is group 5. Looks like we'll try to get something when we get back from Texas in a month. What a mess.

              Well, it pays to work form home on a computer. An appointment popped up 40 minutes away for March 24th and I snagged it. Fingers crossed.

            The Governor announced today they may make the vaccine available to anyone over 18 starting April 5th.
            She will find out for sure in one week if the supply will increase enough by April to meet the goal.
