So my long suffering wife is an interior designer. We've talked from time to time about building a second home somewhere. Today I offered my design plan. I'm sure she'll be open to it.

LOL... back in my high school days, my best buddy's family had so many boys, his dad installed a urinal in their downstairs bathroom. I always thought that was such a great idea & perfect for the boys and all their friends that would come to the house.

CJS350, this is supposed to be a joke forum. Instead, you've posted a seriously good plan like this one. (Somewhat like Wildbears, I'd consider a urinal in the bathroom, though, instead of a bathtub. Also, tile and slope the bathroom floor with a drain in the middle and with a powerful and handy water hose to rinse down the place from time to time.)

I've always thought bathrooms should be designed like giant dishwashers. Take the towels out and push a button.
