Had an end of warranty repair promised by HP. Never provided the promised part. And they're impossible to contact about it.

Reminds me of American Airlines. I joined whatever club they have before I went to Australia as I'd be racking up the miles. When I got home they credited me with 5k miles. They must know a shortcut. I tried contacting them numerous times but never got anyone or a response..
