Do you still have your house in Richmond?

I still own properties (29 acres of raw land) down there, but not the house. LONG story short, but I ended up selling it after renting it, and having it sublet (unbeknownst to me) to a drug dealer. At that point I sold it, multiple reasons why I couldn't rent it again and couldn't see paying two mortgages and having it sit empty. Good news is that I sold it MYSELF for $20-25k more than two agents told me it was worth.

Outside friends in Richmond being a pull, if I had a clean slate and could pick where to relocate and start over, it would be in/near somewhere represented by the circle inside Greenville, Asheville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and somewhere near Doug on the southern side.

I agree with your choice of area Matt. Have some relatives in Greenville, always liked it there.

Hi, in PA since Jan 2012 but we cancelled Texas in April of 2011 to start looking for a house. Business trips or meetings have forced us to cancel many Refined Hooligan gatherings. but then those same trips paid for the toys in the garage so .........

Crystal clear even in direct sunlight. It also has multiple display modes but I leave it on the speedo/tach view and use the GPS views when off road. (tire pressure, engine oil temp, etc.) When we get back I'm adding radiator guards and a GPS visor. After that all it will need is riding!
