Motorcycle insurance

Just switched my auto insurance to AARP Hartford and saved over $400 a year from State Farm. BUT.. the motorcycle insurance arm of The Hartford wants over $1800 a year to insure the S1000 R. Who's happy with their motorcycle insurance?

I've got State Farm and I am happy with them. Although I am also one of those people who have 9 vehicles insured, my house, and RV all through one company so my individual expenses on one is cheaper than if I had separate accounts.

Progressive! Boat and bikes insured..max coverage on the cheap!

I moved from AARP/Hartford after 3 years as they increased well above the competition.

Progressive and beisbol been velly, velly good to me. Motorcycle only. Had a wreck once and my rates went down the next year.

Dairyland since USAA didn't insure bikes when I got this one..

Randy had Dairyland when he totaled his KS and they were terrible for him

Timmy had Allstate when he totaled his KS and they were excellent for him.

At least when I woke up Bert had everything taken care of bike wise. Susan did overhear Bert say to the Allstate lady, "Do you have a computer in front of you?" so maybe it wasn't all roses and unicorns.

Have had two mishaps in the past twenty-five years, one
with Dairyland and the other with Progressive.
Both were excellent to me.
I think it came down to the adjuster and talking to them in
person. Progressive waived the deductible even because
the other vehicle and I were both with them.
