I can see it being interesting. I'm not much into the criminal enterprise stuff but the conditions post WWII and the other wars that gave rise to the motorcycle groups that felt like they didn't belong in society might be interesting if that's covered.
I used to live in Oakland in the day, an interesting place to know people. Yes, troublesome people some of them, but you knew where you stood if you engaged. Most of the trouble seldom moved out of the circle of life they live (lived) in.
I lived in Oakland for 3 months back in the 80's and never saw a Hell's Angels. I was in commercial diving school and I was underwater a good bit of the time and didn't run into many folks in the Alameda Basin.
