harbor freight bead breaker, 3 spoons to take off the tire. spoons and zip ties to put a new tire on. not difficult. cheaper, smaller footprint. but, anything that keeps you from dealer prices is good.

It doesn't look bad but I have no experience or knowledge of the company. I watched the video and it seems easy enough.

Marc Parnes.I would probably be embarrassed if this setup didn't work so perfectly well.

You forgot to mention that you need a nice oriental rug for safety purposes!?

Earthman taught me to do my tires one evening back in 2003. With the exception of a cut tire
when I was in Nashville a few years ago, I've done all on my own.
Before making the investment try it with someone that knows how and willing to teach you.
I have the NoMar now and all the accessories to go along with it. If it wasn't for the fact that
they were at the BMW rally here in '06 and gave me a price I couldn't refuse for the demo, I
probably would still be using a 2 x 4 and spoons.

I watched some poor guy in a Montana rally working for nomar. He could not change a gs tire. Probably a Heidenau. That foil covered pile of tires is a grand plan. I have a heater and a corner I always heat the tires to as warm as possible. Even then careful work is needed. Before Covid I changed 40 bikes a summer, but much less now.
