Good information. One of the things we can do as users is to make sure that you are up to date on upgrades for both operating systems and software. Any of the latest browser updates will have some sort of tool to prevent the use of cyrillic or Greek symbols to be mixed into the URL. It is good to be aware that it can happen though!
