Another moto legend, Mary McGee aka Motorcycle Mary, died Wednesday, Nov. 27 at the age of 87. Hers is truly an amazing story.

Malcom was every dirt rider/racers hero...especially after the movie "On Any Sunday". Never had the pleasure of meeting him but still feel like I knew him.

I remember about 1970 some time, we rode to a Dirt track to go out and have some fun.4 or 5 of us rode out . We wrote out to this one place. That was well-known, but I have no clue exactly where we were at the time. It's been years. We wrote the dirt track pretending that we were cool about our jumps and our riding style and how fast we were going. But we were just amateurs at the time. A vehicle pulled in a motor home pulled in and a truck and trailer pulled in well we were having fun we thought, Then this guy came out with a helmet and some genes and whatever else he was wearing on a bike and he took the course rode around made up bunch of jumps. Had a freaking great time moving along very well and about 3 great lapse. Later he pulls off to the side of the motor home and these people are surrounding this rider . We couldn't figure out what was going on until we rode closer only to find out it was Steve McQueen making runs for the movie On Any Sunday. We gave Steve McQueen, the respect and never approached him.but was great watching him doing his thing which was mind blowing ...
