    Been a while....

I was on the iBMW site and involved in organising a few rallies over here.
Current rides are 2009 Tricolour K1300S, had the rear shock rebuilt, service and revalved with a spring to suit a 110kg rider, rides very nice now. Had that about 6 months now after getting hit by a car on the ZX12R which was a very nice bike.
Had heaps of bikes in the last 6 years, 3 years ago i went and sold 5 bikes and bought a brand new GSXR750 2022, done a bit of work to that, full titanium Yoshi exhaust, Brembo RCS19 master cylinder, braided front and back brake lines, quickshifter, ECU flash, making 132.5HP at the rear wheel. Still got that bike.
Bought, fixed, rode and sold quite a few of the 250cc 4 cylinder Japanese bikes from around 1990. Honda MC19, MC22, currently i have a 1989 FZR250R which has had the valves done, did the clutch, carbs etc, revs out to 18,500rpm, needs a little more work.
I was a motorcycle instructor for a few years teaching people to ride from scratch. Got to do a lot of rider training on the track with that job, Hopefully my riding skills have benefited from that.
Was thinking of posting up the pictures from previous years Australian Rallies, i always enjoyed flicking back through those threads when they were on the iBMW site. I wont mention that old site again.
Anyways, i gettin old now, just turned 53, my boys are 7 and 11, i taught them to ride on a PW50 a few years ago, and they are slowly progressing. They are scared of the PW80 after seeing me ride it...
Hope everybody is well and still riding.

    Cheers
    KiwiMat

Probably resulted in breaking the lens of your camera?

There is a GS somewhere in New York City that would be a great match for that hat.

The purpose of these Aussie hats is debatable (other than identifying someone at a glance as an Aussie).

Sometimes they need to be resized. Only way I know how to do it is to email them to myself.

KiwiMat, I've never figured out posting photos, but thanks for posting yours. (My bikes of interest now are a 2003 Triumph Sprint ST 955i, and ex-Jargon's 2009 Orange K1300S.

Hey Mat, sorry to take so long to welcome you but been out of town a bit as you know. Glad to have you around again, post up some of your bike upgrade/repair work when you're doing some. See you in 2026. I'm going to have to get some drugs for that flight.

Thanks Wes, i will put a thread together on the GSXR750, a bit of work done to that one. And the install on the rear shock for the K1300S is quite an effort as you know.
