    Helllloooooo........Found ya

I've been wondering where everyone went. Kept looking for the BRPR report, since I missed getting up there, and reached out to MattB about the other site and voila'.
I couldn't make BRPR since I retired from the port, but went back to work at Volvo. Too early for SS benefits ya know.
I've put in for time in Sept for DGR, but haven't received confirmation yet. I really need some therapy.

I love that colour combo. I ride with a guy that has/used to have the exact same one. A real head-turner.

                  Oh, BTW, g'day and welcome!

I’d rather think someone’s a son of a bitch than to have him think I’m a son of a bitch.

Hey Rob, hoping to get my leave approved so I can get up there in the fall.

As far as retirement pointers, don't spend too much rebuilding the boat. :O I couldn't draw SS yet, so I knew I had to do something part time. I just didn't think I'd be back to full time at Volvo. I would still be at the port if I hadn't gone out on the TERI (teacher/employee retention incentive) program. I was able to bank 2yrs of retirement into a 401k tax deferred. The only thing was, it terminated June/'19, and I basically had to leave after that, or be penalized for any time worked at a state agency. But being away from the waterfront has been nice.

Hey Doug, doing fine. And you?
You're right, I need to get them together. I started on the boat, and I had too much stuff strewn about, that I had to finish it. At least I'll be able to get into the back of the shed now.
