Some of the best sledding I've ever done was on a fiberglass dining hall tray at Virginia Tech. Kids were stealing so many dining hall trays they gave you amnesty if you brought one back.

The midwest, including Pensylvania, usually has overcast skies in the winter. Clear winter skies occur when there is a polar vortex. Often associated with colder winters.

Is this legit? Washington famously held forth at Fraunces Tavern in New York's lower South Side. He bade his officers good-by in a famous farewell in 1783. It was a key event in American history because he could easily have taken over the nation had he not returned to Mt. Vernon. I wouldn't be shocked at this bill.

(Of course in 1975 or so, 4 patrons of the famous and popular tavern were murdered by a powerful bomb set off by Puerto Rican nationalist. Although sentenced for long terms of 35 to 90-years or more, Clinton pardoned the felons in 1999.)
