Life in the Fast Lane (Kind of)

So the only riding I do these days is going to the track. I was at my local track last weekend(Palmer Motorsports Park) and most of the time Kevin C. is there and he was last weekend. He picked up a second track bike (SV650) and first time out he was flying on it. Kevin is really fast and has that MotoGP style body position so he looks awesome while he is riding. My body is all worn out and I hurt whenever I try to do any fancy maneuvering on the bike - I'm happy to be out there. Here is a vid - me following Kevin..

Joe depending on the track many times other than the straight 2nd and 3rd gear is it - sometimes 2nd gear is all you need.

Don't be fooled by the camera I have all I can do to ride - more brain power than anything. Hope you are doing well.

Bruce. The track is, of course, a lot of fun, but when are you and John (and any other of you hooligans), going to come out to Montana for an epic ride in the northwest? I still have the roads planned for a trip through Montana, Idaho, Washington Oregon and southern BC. Beartooth highway, Cascades. Glacier, Yellowstone.....so many places to see. Canyon carving and wide open high speed roads with few cops or wildlife to worry about. I'm hoping to ride with you out here soon Just fly to Seattle and rent a bike. Doesn't get any easier.?

Trust me I have a few trips I want to make and I really hope to get out west sooner than later.

Heading to Calabogie (Canada) in the morning - meeting our good friend Matt B there. The best track event I go to every year. Private event invitation only limited to a total of about 60 riders. More track time than you can possibly want. 3 day event my goal not to use more than three sets of tires.

Bruce , last weekend I drove by Calabogie twice. Was in the Ottawa area Saturday and back home on Sunday. Wondered if you and Matt were going back there again.
Great time there last June .

                      Hey Chris

Everyone asked about you up in Calabogie. Another great event - I'm getting slower but still living the dream
