Wow, I just called to see what room we're in. I made the reservation online in Jan. for Jun 3, 4 and 5.
She had a hard time understanding what I wanted.
I also asked if we could arrive on June 2nd. Online would not let me do that.
She said our group is booked for the week before.
She said she would get back to me.

Do I have my dates wrong?

No, it's going to be hot enough in June.
Besides, I think once it's voted on it's a done deal.

Going to take her on some rides down there !!
Likely I'll trailer most if not all because I have to meet the new owner of the Guzzi somewhere.

Heady Toppers are four packs, not sure about Abner. I'll try to find it in the local store that carries a lot of craft beers.
Heady Topper is good trading down there. I can handle only half of one.
I prefer a Kolsch.
