Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Dinner is served from 6pm to 7pm;breakfast is served 7:30am to 9:00am.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel please do so 7 days prior to your arrival date, there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will lose your deposit. Sorry no refund for early departure.
You can either call or email the above contacts starting today. You will need to mention the group name, TRP-BRPR. The room types and rates are listed on the website. I stayed there this past weekend and really enjoyed the space. There is an area to hang out indoors if the weather is inclement with books, games, etc. Of course there are areas to hang out outside as well. The location is directly adjacent to the BRP and some of the best riding around. 226A is fantastic if not a little short.
Breakfast and dinner is basic fare and is included in the price of a room. When I stayed there this past weekend they served baked ham one night and spaghetti the next. Vegetables were fresh, salad came with the meals. Up the road a short distance is Little Switzerland with a fantastic deli, https://www.switzerlandcafe.com/. Fuel and grocery is a few miles away.
