September 14 - 17, 2022 Non-Invitational DGR Rally in Maggie Valley
It is back and you are still not invited. Everyone is welcome, but if you need a special invitation, you don't fit. Not mentioning any names.
The following is the pertinent information for the rally.
DGR rally in Maggie Valley, North Carolina
Starts Thursday, September 14 and check-out is Sunday, September 17, or whatever dates you arrange with the hotel. I cannot keep track.

Here are the basic details:
Check in Sept 14 - out Sept 17. Add-on days are almost always available on either end
Reserve Approx 10 rooms
We have a range of room types:
1 King bed @ $126/night
2 Queen beds @ $136/night
All of these rooms can be reserved and are priced differently. If you are interested, ask the hotel staff when you call.
1-bed Creekside cabins with kitchens and living area
1-bed queen rooms with separate Jacuzzis
1 king bed suite with kitchen and living area
2 bedroom cottage with kitchen, living room, and fireplace
2 bedroom family suite with kitchen, living area, and fireplace.
You must reserve by calling in and using the group name (DGR). The cutoff for reserved rooms is August 30th, 2023. I will be calling them on that day to release any rooms not reserved. There is a 7-day cancellation policy so if you reserve a room and do not cancel 7 days prior you will be charged. Talk to the hotel with any questions.
Hanging out in the parking lot is permitted as long as we are courteous to our neighbors and those who are lucky enough to rent rooms at the same time. If you have a drink please put it into a cup before putting it into yourself. There are a few grills available, some lounge chairs, and plenty of space to hang out.
Food and fuel are close. Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum is within walking distance as well.
