Northern California has a relatively low Convid rate so places like Redding or My Shasta might be good choices. Decent amenities and riding throughout the old volcanos inland or the Trinity All's near the coast. Another thought is southern Oregon....the Bend area for Cascade volcanos. Grants Pass allows access to rt 101 on the coast. Just some thoughts.
