    Out For A Ride

The forecast was for sunny skies & a high in the 70's. It was right for my town Not so much for the mountains 120 miles away.
It was in the low 70's & sunny when I left with my jacket & helmet vents open.
I headed west on 50 & about 80 miles from home at the top of the mountain it was still mostly sunny but much cooler...I closed my vents.

On Rt 90 in Bayard WV I pulled over & added a layer under my jacket.
Passing the overlook on 219 it dropped into the 50's with ominous looking clouds

Fortunately all I had was a few damp roads & not a drop of rain.
Next was Rt 72, it had warmed up & with the slow speeds I was comfortable

After 72 came 32 down to 33 in Harman, all I wanted was a cup of coffee to go with the power bar & yogurt I brought with me. Unfortunately I stopped at the only gas station/convenience store that doesn't have coffee.
After my lunch I headed down the mountain on 33 to Seneca Rocks, it was starting to clear up & warmed up to 70.

Then it was north on 28, 42 & Patterson Creek Rd back to 50 & then home.
    A nice 276 mile day
