    Nice Ride

    I'm finally scheduled to get a cortisone shot in my neck on 12/6, now that it's starting to get better. And I'm meeting with the shoulder surgeon next week.
    Anyway today was beautiful & I had to ride. Did 150 miles in 4 hours, I had no pain for the 1st 2 hours, minor pain during the 3rd hour, hour 4 was tough.
    Turned 70,000 miles on the big GSA.

            Hi Bill,
            I feel your pain. January 2021 I had a third fusion done in my lower back. Just as I was getting back to normal, managed to take four motorcycle rides in May of 2021. Then I began limping. Turned out that my left hip was shot. Because of the back surgeries, I had to have a major muscle cut to replace the hip and being a little older than 20 yo I'm just not healing very quickly. Still using a cane and PT. Hoping to be able to ride next year and see everybody at the BRPR again. Hang in there. I'll be thinking about ya!
