    Hubba Hubba

We took Streak O'lean out for a bit yesterday. After thousands of miles on the GS it still amazes us how spirited the K1300S is. We're not sure how we took multiple cross country trips on her but there is always a smile to be had with the slightest twist of the wrist.

Hubba Hubba BBQ in Flat Rock, NC. It's Texas good.

A short day; hot but fun! I didn't cramp up too much.

I really like the Buncombe Turnpike plaque. I wish it stated better the years that it was very active.

Also, I like the name Hubba Hubba BBQ. However, mac and cheese is not the measuring stickfor real BBQ. We need a close up of the sandwich in order to make a better judgment.

As to the K1300s, that is a great livery, second only to God's own Burnt Orange.

Click here for Buncombe Turnpike info. As for the BBQ you'll just have to trust me when I say it's Texas good. We know several Texians and I'd never disrespect their bbq.

I rust you, Tim. Very rarely off center when it comes to food! Your respect for Texass BBQ is well founded.
