For any of you who have not read "Sea of Cortez" by John Steinbeck, don't delay. It is among his "B-List" books according to literary snobs, but in my opinion it is, like his other "B-Listers", a terrific book. Anyone that likes this thread will enjoy it.

Airing up the patched Harley tire. I gave the kid 1 us dollar. Made his day. A lady at one of the places we stayed said the minimum wage in Baja is about 8 us dollars. Not an hour, but a DAY.
