Hi, my name is Tim. It's been eight weeks since I had a Dremel tool open my sternum. No riding for a while yet, so ... what was planned as a weekend of riding turned out to be a weekend of walking, but it was great to get out to a bike event. Even had a few nice cars thrown in for good measure.
The Tail Chaser 250 is a dual sport ride for charity and sponsored by our dealer, Eurosport BMW. Saturday started out foggy but then turned sunny for a good day of riding.

That was a lot better than Friday afternoon when it looked like we were going to have a bit of weather.

Door prizes were really good. Congrats to the winners.

Happening the same day was Luft Wasser, a Porsche club event in downtown Brevard, NC. They were some really nice cars there!

From vintage to new the owners parked their cars on Main street. Whether you like vintage or new there were plenty of each to admire.

Afterwards we headed to Hendersonville NC to the Vintage Motorcycle Meltdown. The picture below doesn't do it justice. This event was moved to the local airstrip this year but was still packed. We heard today that they had over 3000 attendees.

Later in the afternoon we stopped back by the Tail Chaser and gave our rally prize tickets away. They had a really neat looking pizza food truck on site.

So that's it. A day of riding turned into a fun three event day in the Jeep. Hope your weekend was a good one!
