Post flagged as spam after a 1 x edit

Not sure what happened. But deleted the original post and re=posted pictures. Usually you can edit 2 times before being locked as spam.

Post flagged as spam after a 1 x edit to increase the size of the last picture in the post.

I increased the size by dragging a corner of the picture two times but during the same edit.

Getting this message occasionally when following the "So and So and 2 others have posted on your subscription: Random Pic Of The Day".
