I don't think they're going out of business but getting consolidated with Denali. Anywho, there are some unbelievable deals on there right now. For example, if you've ever considered adding any accessories to a canbus bike, their deal on the HEX ezCan - normally over $200 - is $90 with a kit for the 1300GS. Heck, I bought one just in case I decide to add a tail/brake light or spots.
