Does it say that in the fine print somewhere that the site owner owns everything?
Because if you are an artist and you are commissioned to paint a portrait, the painting
belongs to the owner but the artist retains all rights to any copies, etc... Unless, the
owner buys the rights to it.

Exactly. What that means is that if you post something, it's yours. And if someone copies that post then you'll have to fight over it. And if it becomes a problem, we will delete it.
