    R1250 accessories.

I have been working on it in the evenings when I get some time, but the heat is not conducive to make such activities pleasurable as it should be.
Here is what I have done so far, a lot of it transferred from my previous R1200.

Installed the Canswitch after I removed all the plastic so I could properly route the wires and to install the light bar.
Installed the LED lights to a Denali light bar and wired to Canswitch.
    TT tool box.
    TT head lamp protector.
    TT lower crash bar braces.
BMW HP foot pegs, Giles Racing.
LED rear aux light strip wired to Canswitch.
    Alt Rider side stand foot.
    China.com rear FD skid thingy.
Wired up the Radar detector into the Canswitch along with the Marc Parnes LED. Along with it is a lead for powering the tank bag later on.
Installed the SW Mototech City Pro tank bag, not yet released in the US.
    Sargent seats.
    Mudsling front and back.
Tankslapper paint protection film on the sides and back of the fuel tank.
Ditched the OEM tiny battery and switched my big ass Yuasa over.

Still to go The MAM ADVance hand guards.

Eric, what can I say. I loved your bike so much that I had to have one. Ha ha.
      'specially those "gold" wheels.

Looks like you can now reposition the mount without drilling new holes.

Lee, that is correct. The main advantage is the magnets in both the Tank ring and clamp under the bag, which help in aligning the bag perfectly every time. Just place it on the ring and its snaps in. Those silver things in the picture are the magnets.

I like the idea of a magnet mount. Might be time for new tank bags when they have this new mount for some of the smaller bags.

What's the purpose of the holes?

Indeed they are. I plan on rigging up a holster for my piece, just to thrill Joe.

Yeah, no. Hideous. Ugly wheels are ugly and make an uglier bike even uglier.

may I remind you sir, when some of us started switching to the GS\A's, how you were revulsive to the idea of moving in that direction? I see a set of gold wheels in your near future...:-)

LOL! Yeah, no. The GS is still ugly as sin, but I knew that I would one day own one. I told that to many people during the years that I was bashing the fat pig online. If only you were listening. And no, the gold wheels are a deal breaker. I even fucked myself by buying a Tuono RR instead of the factory because I hated the color of the wheels. I should have bought the Factory and sold the wheels, but didn't consider it until after I had the bike for a while.

So, no. I won't be buying that bike.

Joe, you can have black or gold wheels. I took the gold because I have never had a bike with gold wheels.

My GS had black wheels in the showroom. I had the dealer switch the black for the GOLD. i like them.

I won't say anything about this, mine is a disaster but I know where everything is....
A few weekends ago I rolled everything outside and hose the floor down. I used to do that every
spring. It had been awhile I guess because I put away things form when I had worked on my GSA
                in the spring of '15.

Priorities, Bill. When you have been away from home for 5 months, there is a huge list, and the garage, which is just my space has to wait. But you are right, it looks horrible and I cant find my 10mm socket.

Look in the laundry room !!
I was doing some work for my daughter and on top of the cloths dryer were two 10mm Snap-On sockets. I gave
them to my son-in-law and he was pretty happy.
