Target fixation is a real thing. However, after weighing pros vs cons, I fall on the side of being visible and chancing the odd "target fixator."

This pisses me off. Someone photoshopped Arnold's head onto my buff biking bod.

One and Done...

Just got some new Bontrager wheels for my gravel bike. Didn't have rim liners for clincher but did for tubeless. So used the tubeless rim liners that came with the wheels .
BUT, these get distorted edges if installed and then removed.
The distorted edges prevent proper seating of clincher tires such that they will not seat properly and will be out of round and result in an extremely bumpy ride. Even without reinstallation, the tires will be at least slightly out of round.
