Aviator, how long and what temperature for the ribs? I have the egg device and use it for pork but (shoulder). I'd like to add that on my weber for the last 2 years I have used:

Old thread, I had to go dig it up rather than starting another.

Yur looking at bacon-wrapped chicken breasts, chicken quarters, baby back pork ribs either dry rubbed or slathered in BBQ sauce, some St. Louis style ribs, and some Hillshire Farms smoked sausages I use for "tasters" to keep my guests at bay until I'm ready to put out the offerings for din din.
