As to Covidis in Newton County, I have to think this new and novel virus is smart and clever. It would much rather hang around a Marriot Suites or a Holiday Inn Express than be seen at the Gordon. It's probably not tough enough for the Gordon, anyway, even if it was invited.

I got a call from Mrs. Gordon this morning informing us there will be no TV in our rooms as their local cable provider is no more & the only viable replacement is Dish, which will cost her big $'s. I assured her that TV isn't & won't be a big deal for us. She went on to say, if any of us absolutely have to watch TV, we can join her most evenings at her house for classic reruns of Leave It To Beaver, The Addams Family & Star Trek. And if anyone has an old VCR, she has a pile of Harold's old Golden Age of Porn VHS tapes we can watch. She will provide the snacks if we bring the beer!

Seriously, no TV this year.
