Checked out the sand and rock sculptures in Llano next to the river.

We reserved a cabin with carport at the Peach Tree Inn in Fredericksburg but they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom house with kitchen.
No idea what they normally charge for this place.

The office has pie and cookies in the morning from a local bakery

Yesterday we could see some Blue Bonnets on 16 near Llano and the Enchanted Rock road.
The last time we took the Willow City loop it was mostly pot holes and bumps.
Today it has a good chipseal surface, but very little flowers.
We could see where the recent fire went through on 16.
Car clubs and a Vincent club running around today.
Saw some at Luckenbach .

Our bluebonnets are starting to come up. They hitched a ride with us from Texas once. Didn't know they were there until we got home. I wasn't driving them back. Not sure but Elizabeth may be a floral kleptomaniac.

The Vincent club is having a National rally at Kerrville. One guy said around 80 Vincent's.

Today We checked out the Vincent National Rally at the Inn of The Hill in Kerrville.

Bad thunder storms last night. 1.8" rain.
25 Harleys at the Inn. There must be a Bill Morgan in the group. They have a big trailer for cooking supplies, tables and coolers.

Leakey forecast shows 62 today and 37 tomorrow AM.
Sunday 59 and 35 Monday morning.
The rest of the week looks warm.

Visiting with a couple guys this morning I mentioned I was surprised most of them wear helmets.
He said most in the club wear helmets. Besides safety they decided it was much more comfortable.


The Bent Rim has good breakfast on weekends.
