I read somewhere the price started at $60k. That is not too shabby I guess.

Like it. I hope they have improved the ride a bit.

I like it. The tail is a tad too Camaro-ish but overall I think it looks cool (especially with the targa top off). I bet a base model with the Z51 package will be the best bang for the buck this side of $65-70K. I hope it meets or beats the competition that is well over $100K.

Looks to me like they couldn't decide whether to copy a McLaren or a Lamborghini...........

Exactly. The side profile looks like a Lambo.
I think for a GM, it looks really cool.

                    I can't speak to $5 hookers.

Cars are rather dead to me... BUT I DO love the look of exotic Italian sports cars, and I gotta say that I'd be fine with the idea of actually being able to buy one without winning the lottery.

The Corvette has been on my short list. Matt, you said it right. You can be in a car of your dreams only if you can afford it.

Mid-engine may have something to do with the styling.
** I know nothing of $5 hookers either.

They do look nice but we'll stay with our lowly VWs and smoke a C8 at the next available Stop Light with my K1300S!

Lamborghini Huracan V-12 has a 2.8-second 0-60 time. If one is know by the company they keep then I predict the C8 is going to sell like first year water cooled GS's.
