Looks like I have a weak battery in my rear TPM so I stopped at the Camp Wood gas stop to check with my tire gauge just to be sure.

Debbie is starting to growl about the cold temps as she goes inside.
She comes out with a bag of M&Ms and asks if I want any.
I say no and she asked if I'm afraid. I say yes, she smiles and said smart answer

When the TPM battery goes out does the display flatline? (no value, just dashes)?

Yeah, it's fun but the hardest part is remembering to turn the app on & off!!

Curt , I solved that problem by buying a Ram mount for my phone . Now that it is in plain sight on the handlebars I never forget it ...

I should do something like that Martin... I've lost count of how many times I've had to pull over after starting a ride or stopping on the trail after realizing I didn't turn on the app. That's happened almost as many times as me forgetting to turn the app off!!! ? Maybe things would be different if I hadn't killed so many brain cells over the years!! ?

About the time some of that Harley crowd and the GSA rider walked up to the front to where we were, the police opened up the road. They were trotting at a quick pace to get back to their bikes.

    That's correct.
I can see a value for the front tire but only see 2 dashes for the back. No yellow triangle when the outside air is warm.
When it was in the 40s a couple times I would get the yellow triangle and the GPS
Gave me a high pressure warning, 74.5 psi.
I knew that was wrong and maybe fluke due to cold.
I was hoping it was not a problem with the unit under the seat.
I called Engle Motors and and the service manager confirmed the TPM with weak battery can give a false high pressure warning when cold.
    He thought below 50.

Today was 55 with rain and I didn't get a yellow triangle.

If it continues with no yellow triangle I'll deal with it after we return home.

    In Fredericksburg tonight.
From Leakey it was drizzle, fog and low clouds. 55F
Had to wait until noon for the following lift enough for us to see.

Atoka? That's in the heart of Choctaw country. It's pretty, but not fancy!

All kidding aside the Choctaw area is scenic and next to no traffic.
